Hello friends!
GREAT NEWS--Mrs. Hobbs, Mr. Hobbs, and our dear OLD tuxedo cat successfully flew from Alaska to Maine with no trouble at all! Kitty Catniss was in her airline carrier for a total of 13 hours, riding quietly and without any accidents from our old house in Anchorage to our cabin on Pleasant Pond in Maine. HOORAY!
Our happy little retirement house, painted a very cheerful yellow, is not quite ready for us to move into yet. The folks who are building it have about another month of work to complete before it's fully ready for us, so we are staying in our little blue cabin next door. We picked some apples from our tree in the yard and they were so sweet and yummy!
